Merji is built and run by one person, so every message is read by the person who can fix the problem. I aim to reply within a few days.

Reporting a bug

These four things make a bug much quicker to fix:

  • Which tool you were using, and what you asked it to do.
  • What happened, and what you expected instead. The exact words of any error help.
  • Your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”.
  • Roughly what the file was: its type, size and number of pages.

Please don't attach a private document such as an Aadhaar card or a bank statement. Merji never sees your files, and it should stay that way. If a file is needed to find the problem, I'll ask for a harmless one that shows the same fault.
