Questions
Do my details get uploaded?
No. The details you save are kept in this browser only, never sent anywhere, and the form is filled inside your browser. You can watch the network tab and see for yourself.
Where are my saved details kept?
In this browser, on this device. They stay until you clear them or clear your browser data. They're used to fill forms and to save you typing the same things again.
Which forms does it work with?
PDFs with real fillable fields, the kind you can normally click into and type. A flat form, like a scan or a printout, has no fields to fill; the Edit PDF tool will handle those once it's ready.
How does it know which detail goes where?
It matches each field by its name, for example a field called “Father's Name” gets your father's name. It's a guess, so you review and change every field before anything is written.
Does it tick boxes or sign for me?
No. Tick boxes are usually declarations you should make yourself, and signatures are yours to add, so Merji leaves both for you.
Will it change anything else in the form?
No. Only the fields you fill in are changed. Everything else, and the look of the form, stays the same.
